Representing the art community many locals gathered front of a life-size, 42 feet long, humpback whale with her calf, sculpted entirely in hundreds of tons of beach sand.
Johny Higbee sung his just released song “Save The Whales” with The Blue Street Band and on a stage on top of the sand sculpture.
The sand sculpture is located on the beach at Suffolk Ave in Ventnor City just a short distance from the burial sites of two beached humpback whales in Atlantic City.
